A great shot of my vision of loveliness, smiling as she pedals on. I can't believe she puts up with all my shit with a smile.

I had a comment from a viewer that we were covering some territory.  That is actually by design. We decided to ride this very flat section first to train for the hilly areas to come. We both feel much stronger now than when we started.  But will it be enough to explore the surrounding hills? We shall see.

In front of a grocery store getting fruit and canned tuna for lunch. WHATS A MATTA YOU!!!!! Thats what your probably thinking on our choice for lunch in Italy. BUT for some reason to much of a goid thing can be to much of a good thing.

I am not sure what this net is about over the canal. Probably fishing. Notice how the net goes to a point in the center like a funnel.

The winery and apartment stay. Isola Augusta Winery. Very friendly and a fun stop.

After this evening we are headed to Udine where we expect to see definite changes culturally, terrain and our rides. Stay tuned.
